The challenge
Two legacy systems, one unified future
The client managed a portfolio of 9 buildings spread across two separate legacy platforms — NBH and Pact — each with its own data structures, financial records, and operational workflows. The goal was to consolidate everything into Socienta: a single, modern platform. Strict deadlines, the need to preserve historical financial accuracy, and the complexity of migrating from two different systems simultaneously made this one of the most operationally demanding migrations we’ve undertaken.

Our approach
Collaboration, validation, continuity
We implemented a phased migration strategy that prioritised accuracy at every step. The first two buildings were used to establish and validate the migration framework — once live and stable, those learnings were applied to the remaining seven. Throughout the process, we maintained continuous collaboration with the client’s teams and provided hands-on support to mitigate risks before they could affect operations.
Phased migration strategy
Buildings were migrated in stages, allowing each phase to be validated before the next began — reducing risk across the full portfolio.
Validated data migration
Financial and operational records from both NBH and Pact were cross-validated before and after migration to ensure complete accuracy.
Continuous client collaboration
Regular touchpoints with accounting, procurement, and community teams ensured alignment, quick issue resolution, and confident adoption.
Risk mitigation support
Dedicated support throughout the migration ensured any data or process issues were caught early, well before they could impact live operations.
