The challenge
Enterprise-scale complexity, no margin for error
With approximately 12,000 units spread across multiple communities, this was the largest and most complex migration we have undertaken. The client needed to move every owner record, years of financial data, and all community management workflows out of a proprietary platform — without any break in daily operations. The scale demanded a migration framework that could handle volume and complexity simultaneously, while meeting strict delivery timelines and ensuring RERA compliance from day one on Socienta.

Data mapping, validation, and reconciliation were carried out in parallel with active collaboration between our team and the client’s finance and operations leads.
